If your dedicated server should ever fail to perform due to hardware
or network failures within our control we will fix the problem and
grant you a credit towards future service for the lost time. We
realize that you are serious about your e-business, and we are serious
about ensuring that it is always accessible at any time of the day or
night, 365 days a year. Our goal is
ensure your satisfaction by delivering reliable service with
unbeatable performance that is not plagued by congestion or
over-saturation. We offer quality service, strong hardware, and one of
the best network infrastructures in the business backed up with this
performance guarantee and 100% uptime guarantee. We will do
whatever it takes to ensure that we meet or exceed this guarantee and
we are certain that our network hardware and software infrastructure
can perform at such 100% availability levels. If your site or
dedicated server is down for over 30 minutes for a non-scheduled
outage you will be awarded complete prorated credit for the downtime.
To request
downtime credit, simply contact
billing@TopNotchHosting.com, noting the exact timeframe of the
suspected downtime, plus your account login, domain, and the server it
is on. Also please include any relevant support case numbers for
reference.
To prevent abuse as well as to clarify the specifics of the
uptime guarantee program, the following rules apply:
- "Downtime" shall be defined as any given server not responding
to ping requests within it's Local Area Network for a period
exceeding 15 minutes. Any other situation does not constitute a
downtime per this program.
- In order to receive credit, the customer must submit a written
request, as detailed above, within 7 days of the suspected downtime.
The outage must then be verified by the TNH staff using monitoring
service logs.
- Prorated credit shall be applied only if it is $5 or above for
any given month.
- Credit shall be applied towards future account hosing fees only.
- Credit shall be calculated as prorated monthly cost of the
client's single primary/main account held with Dedicated Hosting
Services only.
- Credit shall be calculated based on 15 minute increments
(rounded down) of accumulated downtime over 100%.
- Dedicated Hosting Services server uptime records shall be always
authoritative and binding.
- The maximum credit liability of Dedicated Hosting Services shall
not exceed one (1) month primary/main account hosting fees of any
client.
- This program does not apply to scheduled service interruptions.
