Setup
Fees:
Setup fees are refundable for the following
reasons only:
(1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or
(2) the domain name was not available at
the time of domain registration.
Web Hosting Contracts Under 3 Months:
For web hosting contracts of 3 months or less, the
full contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be refunded if
Top Notch Hosting
is notified within the first 30 days following account activation. No refund is
available on or after the 30th day.
Web Hosting Contracts Over 3 Months:
For web hosting contracts longer than 3 months, a
refund equal to one-half of the contract amount less any setup fees and
overages will be given if
Top Notch Hosting
is notified prior to the first day of the second half of the contract
term. For example, on a 6 month contract
Top Notch Hosting
must receive a notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the
fourth month of the contract. No refunds will be given once the second
half of the contract term has begun.
This refund policy does not apply to any additional
services such as bandwidth overages, disk space, pop email accounts,
etc..., or additional features that are not included in the original
virtual hosting plan of your choice.
Account
Cancellations:
All account cancellation
notifications must be received in writing as per the
deadlines indicated above; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are
acceptable forms of cancellation requests. If you are sending a request by
email, please be sure to send a copy to the Top Notch Hosting Billing
Department: Billing@TopNotchHosting.com
as well as to Support@TopNotchHosting.com.
Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation unless
they are accompanied by written notification.
